정의된 인재상 외의 다른 인재상이 배제되는 것을 원하지 않기 때문이죠.

We don't think there are particularly right people for the company. However we still have few expected characteristics that we believe every Mefactorian should bring to the table, "Self-starter, Go-getter, Problem-solver."
